ABL Disciplined Agile Manufacturing & Management
Good timing separates the business haves from the have-nots, but that’s rarely a matter of luck.
Fortuitous outcomes require careful planning, decisive action, and ample resources.
That’s why laying the groundwork to plan for effects and generate results (SOLUTIONS) pre-emptively…
has never been easy; but through ABL, achievable.
What is it, Agile Manufacturing and Disciplined?
It’s not being faced with and scrambling for answers; too, these 3 Questions…
WHAT IS HOSHIN KANRI?
Hoshin Kanri (also called Policy Deployment) is a method for ensuring that a company's strategic goals drive progress and action at every level within that company. This method eliminates the waste that comes from inconsistent direction and poor communication. Hoshin Kanri strives to get every employee pulling in the same direction at the same time. It achieves this by aligning the goals of the company (Strategy) with the plans of middle management (Tactics) and the work performed by all employees (Operations).
Disciplined Agile Manufacturing is focused on initiatives aligned with strategic priorities to avoid wasting resources on insignificant activities.
As a result, collaborative efforts “Grow,” with the entire organization working together toward common goals in partnership with the Customer and the consistent instability of Supply Chain Logistics.
Disciplined Agile® (DA™) is an agnostic, hybrid tool kit that harnesses hundreds of Agile, Lean, and traditional strategies to guide you to the best “Way-Of-Working” (WoW) for your team or organization.
DA is context sensitive; rather than prescribing a collection of "Best Practices," it teaches you how to choose and later evolve a fit-for-purpose WoW that is best for you given the situation you face.
Just released 9/7/23, Financing from Continuous Improvement Capital Improvement projects are rewarded with a greater impact if you are tying KPI’s from your Internal Continuous Improvement projects.
Think about it? If a person were Disciplined, they would never have to be asked these questions, they know the answer.
Disciplining is constant training towards anticipation, to such events !!
These questions are the questions we are to ask ourselves; they are part of our 5 WHY’s !
