1. Real-world effectiveness of Digital Technology “Telehealth/ ZOOM” collaboration  covering “Immediate access to care  for SUD Relapse Prevention,” to provide this as a service to anyone, in any state of the United States, provide access ability for anytime or any day and regardless to Finance, Insurance or Socio-Economic status.

2. To improve access to critical SUD health expertise for remote rural communities.

3. Aims to advance health equity and access to SUD care.

4. Rural populations' SUD health out-reach.

5. Establish clinical effectiveness, through follow-up and possible post-acute care.
